Mr. Brett Roboto

My sister threw a Robot party for Brett's 7th Birthday. I was super-bummed that we couldn't attend, but I had already committed last year to co-chair our neighborhood's Fall Festival. Rachel didn't overlook any details to make it a special day for Brett. She always knocks herself out for her kid's parties and she somehow always enjoys perfect weather for these parties - you'd think with October and April birthdays, she'd have one rainstorm ruin her plans, but NOOOOO! You can see all of the details here. I can only hope Mr. Roboto and the Robot Dance were an activity!

we have had 1 bust-of-a-party. brett's cowboy party, age 5. total downpour, the bounce house cancelled because of weather & we had ALL THE FAMILIES INSIDE (w/ no activity except for the last minute pin the sheriff badge on the sheriff game i made when the bounce house got canceled). and some of the kids wanted to play in the rain - so we had the worst of both worlds. everyone was inside & we also had mud & rain tracked all over the floors.

oh & davis's 3rd we had record lows for an outdoor party.

so see????? we've been owed good weather.

Wasn't that Davis's last party in Corpus Christi that you had at that Tavern with a playground? Poor kid---how many 3 year olds have a birthday party at a tavern? Granted if the weather had been good, the playground would have been fun.
