Happy Birthday to my 22-day younger cousin, Lynn! It was nice having a cousin so close in age while growing up... sure beat an annoying younger sister! Some of my best memories of my childhood include her family. We have too many inside jokes to mention and they all come tumbling out of our mouths when we get together. Lynn lives in Ft. Worth with her husband John {& menagerie of dogs} now and I'm amazed at her willingness to jump on a plane and come to family events even if it is only for a few hours! Lynn has always been strong, determined & independent {qualities I lack and made for an interesting combo when we were young} and these qualities led her to the Air Force where she has served 2 terms in Iraq!
