My next door neighbor, Joe and his friend Mike have started a catering company, Savage BBQ and have entered the upcoming American Royal BBQ Contest! If you've never been to "The Royal", then you're missing out! Attending & eating at KC's largest BBQ contest should be on every Kansas Citian's list of "things to do" each year.
